Very Good

Cleaning not so good; there was no electric kettle at first though it was written in the booking confirmation that it should be; there were no slippers. It’s better for you as a family hotel have animators and nannies for kids in order for the parent to have a rest. You can build a separate children centre as an example

Kids will love it.

Please be aware that this is a kids and family holiday ,dont go for a calming break, it can get a bit loud. The daytime was good. Good varied breakfast. Decent snack bar during the day. Plenty going on and the staff worked very hard around the pool to entertain everybody especially the young ones. We were there with our 7 year old Granddaughter she loved it. Free minibus to the local beach if you need a get away.

Not enough sunbeds, and people out at 6 30am putting towels on. Evening were not up to much, entertainment poor, and again, not enough tables and chairs. Again it didnt bother the kids as they could play around the stage area.I

Great value, family friendly hotel

All the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The food selection was varied and had a Chinese & Mexican theme night. The food from live cooking was gorgeous. Drinks selection and snack bar was also good. I can't fault the food or service. Also the animation team worked hard to entertain everyone. On the day of check out we were allowed all inclusive for the duration of that day also which I though was very good as in the past I had to pay for that service.I would definitely return.

It's was fun for the kids, but 7 days at hotel was a bit to long for adult.

Pool was fun for the kids. The room was nice. The food was good for 3 days. Entertainment everyday. Pool Gym.

We came late and no information about that we could eat anywhere. Our kids was starving. We needed to ask if there was anywhere we could buy food, then they said we could eat at the restaurant that we could enter with a key card. The drinks on the bar could be better. We thought the air condition was out of order the second day. They could't do anything cause it was late. The day after, the electric guy came and inform us all the doors and windows have sensor. If it's not closed the air condition won't work. Many of arcade machine were out of order.

Fun for children, but not relaxing at all.

The water slides, the food, some of the pools

Room cleaning, pool cleaning, poolside cleaning, sunbeds, the restaurant logistics. At the restaurant, you have to stand in a long line regardless of which dish you want to have from the grill. If the restaurant is out of one dish, you risk having to wait in line for a long time if the first person in line is waiting for this specific dish. At the snack bar, you have to go back and forth in order to esembel a meal, because the ingredients that normally go together (buns, hamburger meat, salad, ketchup, fries ect.) are not placed next to one another. It creates a lot of unnecessary trafic. Worst of all is the noise in the main restaurant. As there are no sound absorbents and as the opening hours are short, it gets extremely loud when all guests dine at once. It is not possible to maintain a conversation with the person across the table. We found meals in the restaurant to be stressful.

Perfect accommodation for families.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was also delicious, there was a huge selection both at breakfast and at dinner. The rooms were just like in the picture and were cleaned every day. There were many pools that were also cleaned every day. The parking lot was also perfect. There were plenty of programs for the children, so our little girl was never bored for a moment.

The water in the children's pool with slides was very, very cold, so even though it was the most beautiful pool, we couldn't use it. All the other pools were much warmer. I indicated in advance that we would be arriving with a 3-year-old girl, so we would like to request a baby bed. But this was only insured up to 2 years of age. However, the sofa bed cannot be used with a 3-year-old child, because it is very narrow, so children can easily fall off it. So the three of us slept in one bed in the end.

Great hotel for family

Spacious room with balcony. There were different activities, especially for kids, such as presentations outdoor. Breakfast and dinner buffet with many options. Also there is a mini market with some essential things to buy in case of needed.

Small bathroom, there wasn’t place to put the toiletries. The hotel is large with many buildings but without proper signage, it’s easy to get lost.
