Great Family Fun but with Issues

Friendly staff and plenty to keep young children entertained.

Our room was on the 11th floor and some days one of the two lifts was out of operation. The room safe did not work. The door to our balcony did not close properly and would blow open in the wind.

We had a lovely holiday, it was our second visit.

Everything was good room very clean and modern, food very good, plenty of it and hot and replenished constantly and staff constantly clearing dirty plates, cleaning tables and also around the pool and the bar, staff constantly clearing tables and picking up cups, a very clean hotel. This is a family hotel and there is plenty for children to do including having a play area in the pool.

The entertainment in the evening could be better the Abba night and soul night very good, the magician was strange and the in-house entertainment not great.

Good all inclusive hotel with a kids party every night.

The location was good, and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were both plentiful and had a good variety, although tailored mostly towards the mass of English guests. The hotel has a good kids play pool and a large one for adults where you can spend the whole day, but if you want to get out there is just one relatively small beach (Cala Antena) nearby which is only accessible down a long flight of steps.

There was a loud party every night starting around 9 pm and lasting up to 11-12 pm. Although a family friendly event for kids, it wasn't our thing and was quite bothersome as all the buildings surrounded the party area and the loud music could be heard in all the rooms late in the night.

Entertainment staff, cleaners and waiters work really hard. Hotel clean. Splash park nice for children. Although lifegua

Staff worked extremely hard and never stopped.

Reception staff said they would address the ants in the room after the shower door was broken and it kept flooding the bathroom out. But despite saying they didn’t bother to respond. Towels were in short supply had to request more than 3 times for 3 towels for the 3 of us as only 2 were left each time.

Nice family hotel but wasted money on 2 all inclusive parties

The hotel was very clean and lots to do with the kids. Take lots of spending money as you’ll need it for the rides/water balls/ glittter tattoo/ ride on cars/trampoline etc Entertainment was good, nico especially from kids club was amazing with my daughter! Hotel felt very safe to walk around at night even being so big. Swimming pool water was lovely and wasn’t cold

I messaged the hotel numerous times before our holiday to ensure they’d cater for my 5 year old daughter who can’t eat dairy or gluten due to being allergic. Staff wasn’t even aware of what dairy allergies were. I paid for all inclusive but one party didn’t attend which I notified the hotel about with enough notice (no refund) and my other child couldn’t eat there for 2 weeks apart from eggs for breakfast therefore ending up spending money o eating out so she didn’t starve. The restaurant was absolutely manic, as Brit we que, apologise, please and thankyou as but the guest who were German/french etc would barge infront you in the que, push past you and were generally rude.

Absolutely fantastic stay in HYB Eurocalas

The staff here are absolutely incredible. We're just back from 10 days at Eurocalas. We had a fantastic stay. We were never hungry. Having read some of the reviews we knew we'd enjoy our stay but it exceeded our expectations. It's spotless. The staff work so hard, they are a credit to the hotel, especially Toni, Said and Kiko. We read some reviews about wasps etc but we barely saw any. Food everyday was really lovely. Shuttle bus to the beach was a great extra. Calas de Domingos is a stunning beach. 2/3 min in the complimentary shuttle. We're a family of 5 and the room was big. 3 kids in the front room then a bedroom for the adults. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. If you're heading to Eurocalas you will have a fantastic holiday.

The biggest issue we experienced was some of the other guests. Loud, drunk and loutish behaviour, from families with small children with them. The staff did so well to keep them in check. This was the only issue we experienced and it was addressed by staff as soon as it became too much. We had read some reviews about the restaurant being loud, this is unavoidable as the staff work so hard to cater for all the guests. We found that going towards the later parts of the service was better.

Cleaning not so good; there was no electric kettle at first though it was written in the booking confirmation that it should be; there were no slippers. It’s better for you as a family hotel have animators and nannies for kids in order for the parent to have a rest. You can build a separate children centre as an example

Kids will love it.

Please be aware that this is a kids and family holiday ,dont go for a calming break, it can get a bit loud. The daytime was good. Good varied breakfast. Decent snack bar during the day. Plenty going on and the staff worked very hard around the pool to entertain everybody especially the young ones. We were there with our 7 year old Granddaughter she loved it. Free minibus to the local beach if you need a get away.

Not enough sunbeds, and people out at 6 30am putting towels on. Evening were not up to much, entertainment poor, and again, not enough tables and chairs. Again it didnt bother the kids as they could play around the stage area.I

Great value, family friendly hotel

All the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The food selection was varied and had a Chinese & Mexican theme night. The food from live cooking was gorgeous. Drinks selection and snack bar was also good. I can't fault the food or service. Also the animation team worked hard to entertain everyone. On the day of check out we were allowed all inclusive for the duration of that day also which I though was very good as in the past I had to pay for that service.I would definitely return.

It's was fun for the kids, but 7 days at hotel was a bit to long for adult.

Pool was fun for the kids. The room was nice. The food was good for 3 days. Entertainment everyday. Pool Gym.

We came late and no information about that we could eat anywhere. Our kids was starving. We needed to ask if there was anywhere we could buy food, then they said we could eat at the restaurant that we could enter with a key card. The drinks on the bar could be better. We thought the air condition was out of order the second day. They could't do anything cause it was late. The day after, the electric guy came and inform us all the doors and windows have sensor. If it's not closed the air condition won't work. Many of arcade machine were out of order.
